Specialized Fiber Care for Treasured Domestic Area Rugs
Area rugs in Dublin living rooms and hallways take incredible punishment from family foot traffic, pet paws, and tracked-in grit. Because rugs have tightly woven backings, abrasive dry soil falls deep into the foundation where ordinary domestic vacuums cannot reach, grinding away at delicate weft yarns.
Working in direct collaboration with Ace Carpet Cleaners, we treat every rug according to its specific construction: whether hand-knotted Persian wool, delicate silk highlights, or modern synthetic shags. We test for dye stability, gently extract dry grit, and use pH-neutral shampoos that restore vibrant fiber luster.

"Brian and his crew did an end-of-tenancy clean on our 3-bed home in Rathfarnham before the new tenants moved in. The ovens looked like new, the bathroom lime was 100% eliminated, and the landlord signed off our deposit immediately. Exceptional family work!"
"We hired GeneralCleaning.ie for a pre-sale open house clean in Terenure. They arrived on time, worked tirelessly for 6 hours, detailed every window sill, skirtings, and carpets. The estate agent commented on how fresh the house felt. Sold well over asking price!"
